The terms and conditions for buying from Mosaicos Rusticos are very simple.
Mosaic Logos / Supplies
1. Mosaic Logos are unique interpretations of your favourite club logos.
2. As Mosaic Logos are made to order they are subject to a lead time which is currently 2-3 weeks. If this lead time is unattainable we will notify you on receipt of order.
3. Supplies are as described or of equal quality depending on availability.
Payment Details
1. Mosaicos Rusticos accept payment by Cash, Cheque, Bank Transfer and PayPal.
2. On receipt of an order to be paid for by Cash, Cheque or Bank Transfer, Mosaicos Rusticos will email the customer payment details and invoice.
3. Customers paying by PayPal will receive a payment request email direct from PayPal.
4. Mosaic supplies will not be despatched and Mosaic Logos will not be created until payment has cleared.
Delivery Charges
1. Postage and packaging charges as stated on the website is for single Mosaic Logo orders only. For orders of more than one Mosaic Logo customers are advised to contact Mosaicos Rusticos for details.
Packaging
1. All items will be checked and securely packaged before despatch.
2. Mosaicos Rusticos will not accept responsibility for items damaged in transit unless the quality of the packaging is proved to be substandard.
3. If the packaging is proved to be substandard, Mosaicos Rusticos will replace the damaged items free of charge; all we ask is for you to return the damaged items for inspection.
4. The replacement of damaged Mosaic Logos will be subject to the current lead time.
